Compliance with laws, regulations and policies, including the group code of ethics is the responsibility of all of us. All employees of the group are encouraged to ask questions, seek guidance and report any infringement, suspected or known or potential infractions to the laws, regulations, statutes and other company policies. The goal of corporate compliance program is to establish a culture that promotes prevention, detection, and resolution of instances of conduct that do not conform to law, as well as an organization’s ethical and business policies.

Compliance means fulfillment of obligations, both mandatory and as a result of compliance with law, as well as those that DAL Group has decided to assume voluntarily such as policies and procedures, public commitments, and contractual obligations and at the top of which is the group code of conduct as an effective corporate compliance program that demonstrates and encourages ethical behavior and compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, provides a defense or protection for the organization against any kind of deviation.

We strongly believe that if our group want to be successful in the long term, they must nurture a keen culture of integrity and law-abidance. Integrity and compliance are therefore the basis while at the same time, equally is also an opportunity for successful business.
